Invest in making user-land alternatives work as expected
I'm personally very biased here, because the latter always came with never-ending and perpetual failures that could not always be anticipated or managed, and in my case, somehow being conventional or not was always the argument that mattered, not specs, accuracy… etc.
This is likely going to need a few discussions, so I'd like to keep those and others in this thread.
