Aztfexport doesnt cleanup user temp directory in windows

on my laptop , user temp directory was consuming around 80 G and c:\ drive was full. same issue I faced on another VM where I had been running aztfexport. once the C: drive is 100% full , the aztfexport fails . i have to manually clear the temp data. please fix this issue. aztfexport should clear the temp directory before it terminates.

@bkainth1 The temporary folders will be auto cleaned up if the process ends properly, no matter succeeded or failed. Regarding why those folders are relatively large is due to the provider binary is always downloaded in each of them, by default. You can follow https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/cli/config/config-file#provider-plugin-cache to setup a plugin cache, so that it'll download only once for each version of the provider.
