Describe the bug

When adding my Canon mf269dw device, I get an error back that "Required element not found: scan:FeederCapacity". When I check my device at http://myIP/eSCL/ScannerCapabilities I can see that this element is not part of the XML that is returned.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Discovery
  2. Click on the CanonMF269dw device in the list of discovered scanners
  3. Receive message "An error occurred while trying to retrieve scanner capabilities", with the final exception being "Required element not found: FeederCapacity"

Expected behavior
Expect to be able to select and use the discovered scanner

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Pixel 8 Pro
  • Android version: 15
  • ScanBridge version: Tried both regular 1.2.0 from FDroid , as well as the latest nightly build on GitHub 1.2.0 (1002000, 8335509)

Can you please check whether the issue persists in the latest nightly build?
