fix: apple team id not being used when persisted to the platforms folder

What is the current behavior?

If the cli finds multiple Apple team ids, it prompts you to choose one.
Then it prompts you to persist the value to either the build.xcconfig file or to the platforms folder.
If you choose the platforms option, it does save it there, but it never uses it, and on subsequent runs it prompts again.

What is the new behavior?

With this change the persisted team id is used, if it is found in the list of acceptable team ids.
