Update to ofs-d5005 repo for OFS 2022.3 release

The ofs-d5005 repo has been updated to correct repetitive code found in the ofs_d5005_eval.sh script in the eval_scripts folder. You can clone to latest branch or grab tag ofs-d5005-1.0.1.
