Collaboration tools for notebooks / JupyterBooks

Today at the Infrastructure Working Group meeting we touched on the issue of how to effectively review / comment on material in Jupyter notebooks and/or JupyterBooks, such as our Pythia Foundations.

The last bullet is a short tutorial that I developed back in fall 2019 for the Pangeo CMIP6 Hackathon. That material could be updated (see brian-rose/notebook_diff_tutorial#2) and included as its own lesson somewhere in our Foundations material on Jupyter notebooks.

An action item is to see if any new tools have emerged since I prepared that tutorial.
