The migration plan for the split into 3 lectures (#950) will be:

  • setup aws infrastructure (@DrDrij)
  • setup github repositories for three new lectures series (@mmcky)
  • use Assign lectures to new repository structure lecture-source-py#956 to filter lectures in each repository and adjust index files (@mmcky)
  • add each repository to the build server and QuantEcon.aws.admin (@mmcky)
  • review deployments for python-programming, python-intro and python-advanced (@mmcky)
  • review lecture text in new arrangement and resolve sphinx issues (@mmcky)
  • merge changes to QuantEcon org site to adopt new structure (@DrDrij and @mmcky)
  • redirect python.quantecon.org to a python project landing page (@DrDrij)

Tidy Up:

  • archive lecture-source-py infrastructure for python.quantecon.org and preview and backup and remove from QuantEcon.aws.admin (@mmcky and @DrDrij)
  • sanitize build server
