Different between useInfiniteQuery and useQueires

Hi! Which one is better and correct to use in case we wanna load the data from the same dataset in one call?

you need to be more specific with your question please

useQueries will run everything in parallel, I guess that won’t work if you need the result of the previous page to fetch the next one. Also, you need to add combine to get a single result.

useInfniteQuery would show results after the first page, but then you’d need a useEffect to trigger fetchNextPage and that’s not what it’s meant for

Just one more question. Could we replace useEffect by using onSuccess callback? Like the following:

    onSuccess: () => {
      if (hasNextPage && isSuccess) {
        fetchNextPage()
      }
    },

Did you see any issues with that approach?

it’s the same thing. Then you’re not on v5. It’s deprecated in v4 and removed in v5.
