Agenda for subgroup meeting - October 19

The next subgroup meeting will be on October 19, 2021 at 9-10am PDT (6-7pm CEST). As with other Wasm meetings, we'll host this on Zoom.

If there are no other topics, I can give a presentation about the compilation strategies used by Wob and Waml. Each should be interesting in its own right, since they are representative for two rather different categories of languages, so I'd estimate 30 min each (perhaps more, depending on discussion).

I'd like to discuss #241, the removal of type indexes from some instructions.

@titzer, do you have an estimate for how long that discussion should take? We'll probably have to defer it to the next meeting.
