The issue seems to be with Alex version.
Affecting #1773 #1771

@gallais It looks like build is still failing with error "The lib directory /home/runner/.cabal/share/x86_64-linux-ghc-8.10.7/Agda-2.6.2/lib does not exist"

Thanks for the update. Looks like newer versions of cabal are storing things in more dirs.
I'll add it to the cache.
