Description of the bug

I am trying to use the bool_rotate_to_global argument in dpf.operators.result.cyclic_expanded_stress. However, setting the boolean to False/True does not seem to change any of the results.

The example ### Expand mesh and results for modal cyclic symmetry used the command and argument and you can try there to changing the bool_rotate_to_global and there is no difference in the displayed results. The result is a directional stress, so I would expect to see a change in the result graphic when turning the boolean on/off.

Steps To Reproduce

Run the example and change the boolean in the### Expand stresses and average to elemental location block.
