Distribute the 1.0.6 release

Describe the request

Publish the 1.0.6 release to the primary package index.

This will result in an automatic update of the mdns-discovery installation on the machines of users of Arduino CLI and Arduino IDE 2.x, allowing them to benefit from the important fix made in this release (#32).

Describe the current behavior

Arduino's primary package index is used to distribute boards platforms, toolchains, and other tools to users of the Arduino development software. mdns-discovery is distributed via this index.

The index's mdns-discovery entry is currently for the outdated 1.0.5 release.
