Periods in URIs don't work

For example, trying to use an email address as a value, in:

/api/index.cfm/email/bob@example.com

Doesn't work -- I haven't tested to see exactly what happens, but I've received bug report emails about it. I suspect it either chops off the ".com" or throws an error because it can't find a mime type that matches "com".

I reported this issue encountered in v1.0-98.
My current workaround is to override taffy.core.api.convertURItoRegex() in my Application.cfc.

<cfset local.uriRegex = rereplaceNoCase(local.uriRegex,"{[^}]+}", "([^\/\.]+)") />

becomes

<cfset local.uriRegex = rereplaceNoCase(local.uriRegex,"{[^}]+}", "([^\/]+)") />

everything else in the function remains the same.

It is currently working for paths like:

http://localhost:8500/api/index.cfm/email/bob@example.com/192.168.1.1

FYI, your solution does not allow for format specification in the URL, such as ".json" or ".xml" -- if you wanted to support multiple formats in this way. I've implemented a little bit smarter of a fix for now.

This is mostly resolved now, with the caveat that unknown formats (eg ".xml" in an API that only supports ".json") will be included in the token value.
