Not working in windows 10 but working in windows 7

I have tried this code when I was in windows 7 and everything seemed so fine but when I shifted to windows 10 the part where we add more blocks, only one block is visible.

Reinstall Python and write pip install ursina in the console.

I have windows 10 and this is working perfectly, try restarting your laptop
