These fix two important user-facing issues in the new dartdoc:

  • 32632 removes the requirement that the user have the SDK in their path
  • 32639 allows the user to build the docviewer without running a server

Both of these are needed for users that wish to document their packages with automated tasks (e.g., angular)
 
Thess merged cleanly with:
svn merge -c 32632,32639 https://dart.googlecode.com/svn/branches/bleeding_edge trunk
