What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Define a number of top-level (library?) functions in different files, but the same library
  2. Generate docs
  3. Notice no particular ordering

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd expect things to be ordered by name.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v0.4.0.0 r18915

Please provide any additional information below.
