I was surprised to learn that Overlapped Recycle is not implemented for .NET Core applications hosted in IIS. I think it's worth adding that somewhere in this documentation and having a recommendation or fix from Microsoft.

The request was to better document the recycle issue, which is a separate issue then deployments. Microsoft should call out that overlapped recycles are not supported and possibly to disable recycles when asp.net core apps are hosted in IIS.
