[severity:I'm unable to use this version] [regression] [worked-in:17.11.*]
The latest .net 9 SDK breaks all of our .net 8 blazor projects. We're experiencing this issue:
#58948
Our developers do not have admin privileges, so they cannot install .net 8 SDK and force the use of it with global.json, and none of the workarounds in any of the github issues work for us. So we have to rollback the Visual Studio update and stay on that version until the .net 9 SDK is fixed.
