I'd suggest looking at their Wiki.

You can configure the core as a generic RP2350A/2MB flash/0MB PSRAM but I'm not sure how well the PIO USB implementation plays with TinyUSB. Check the Tools->USB Stack->Adafruit TinyUSB Host and the Adafruit TinyUSB stuff. I know they (Adafruit) have a well documented board w/examples for USB hosting and they contributed that option and include a Host example in their library (included in the core).

I found this thread on Google and thought I'd comment for the original author and anyone else encountering this. The wiki is largely unhelpful, but their demos include Python and C code, and links to projects that work with the board.

The one that helped me was this line from a project that uses the board, which pointed me to the D+ pin being 12, which worked for me at least in C projects.

The pins are neglected from their main diagrams, but are covered in the wiring diagram from the wiki.
