when cra build project all persian character convert to unicode and this increases the size of the project

ex:(real)
text.js -> minify: 9KB
text.js -> minify + unicoded(CRA): 50KB

Duplicate #2706

with gzip or brotli compression on the http server the real download size shouldnt be affected.
