In H2 2024, the performance page was conditionally removed, 8ea8af0, d9f3db3, 193b5bc with a warning. In 2025 (as early as the February version), the performance page should be removed from the repository.

When this happens, the perf-tool label should be removed from the project: perf-tool Performance tool window issues
