A KOTS support bundle analyzer should be added with the following rules:

When using local registry AND s3 backend:
Search for GET / HTTP/2.0" 503 in the logs
Display "Your registry backing is incorrect" and that they should change their S3 URL to "s3..amazonaws.com"
