Add projects in the new workspace modal

Problem

The upcoming Teams & Projects feature will introduce a way for users to create teams but also import git repositories as projects under a new top-level navigation item Projects. The workspaces list is still there for the personal account and soon teams may have a dedicated place for workspaces associated with projects under a team, see #4921.

Proposal

It makes sense to add projects in the new workspace modal so that users can quickly start a workspace, for an already added project, from Workspaces.

It makes sense to add projects in the new workspace modal so that users can quickly start a workspace, for an already added project, from Workspaces.

I don't think adding projects would cut it, as the "recent" was basically a placeholder/helper for what now becomes projects and 'examples' is a place holder for projects as well, in the sense that we should allow people to create projects based on templates rather than starting a workspace on a repository.
