Currently, all Helm dependencies pull their images from the default path. In order to facilitate air-gapped installations, we must add the repository to each of the Helm dependencies.

IMPORTANT Gitpod does not host these images in our own container registry (and probably shouldn't need to either). If the repository parameter is set to eu.gcr.io/gitpod-core-dev/build, we should not set the custom container registry in the Helm dependencies
