I think that we need a new concept for an issue action menu to store actions / options for time tracking (#967), due dates (#2533), dependencies (#2196), pin issues (#2175), start- and enddate (#1411) etc. etc.

This would keep the issue tracker small and provides as many feature as needed. I think that it is not a good option to add any new action to the comment tab or the sidebar except important features like labels etc.

But the results of this action should be shown too as "comments" or/and contextual in the sidebar.

But I do not have good design concept for this sort of "menu". Do you have any ideas?
