Failed to install tools under analysis tools of GoLang

I got problem when installing the analysis tools for GoLang when using vscode.

What version of Go are you using (go version)?

Does this issue reproduce with the latest release?

Yes, the problem still exists in the latest release.

Those tools failed to install should be succeed without any problems!
