doc/gdb: suggest ldflags -S will strip debug info.

In the intro of http://golang.org/doc/gdb:

> Pass the '-s' flag to the linker to omit the debug information (for example, go
build -ldflags "-s" prog.go).

Apparently this is no longer true from

what -s really means is to strip the binary (drop pcln table and symbol table)
