rollup: aot not working with lazy (yet)

Regarding "found one using @ngtools/webpack", this is great, and it is true. But in a sense you are using Angular CLI with this, because you are using the most important bit of the Angular CLI project - that is where @ngtools/webpack comes from. There's nothing wrong with us, is a nice piece of software and the CLI has done a great job (obviously, read all the other alternatives looked for but not found here!) making this work. But for the sake of some diversity, it would be nice if there was an alternative, different tool stack also up and running. There is an effort underway at Google and elsewhere to make this work using Closure.
