Overview of the Issue

package github.com/hashcorp/consul/api have CVE-2022-29153 security issue and blocked by sonatype repository firewall software. makes it not useable.

tried many version. same result.

Reproduction Steps

Steps to reproduce this issue, eg:

Just run go get github.com/hashcorp/consul/api
and you will see "Requested item is quarantined" message from sonatype repository firewall product
