There is https://hackage.haskell.org/package/regex-posix release now, but no hackage-security release for 8.8, so this have to wait a little.

Perfectly we'll have 8.8.1 CI working (and running) for 3.0/3.2 branches too, before any new releases cut from them.

#6279 can be done at the same time.
