Pull event handler will not compile anything if there is a failure to load

If I do a Pull and one of the modified items fails to load, the pull event handler will not compile anything. It might make more sense to keep track of items that successfully loaded and compile only those. This supports the case where there is an item in the repository that we do not expect to successfully import into IRIS.
