Bitswap hasn’t really been tested yet. It gets stuck in some cases. Need better metrics, test cases, etc.

Examples:

add & cat between multiple nodes

@lgierth & @whyrusleeping ran some tests on this but didn’t get clear info. It took over a week to ???
