Suggestion for patch in redbean documentation.

While reading through the demo page, I spotted a link to lsqlite3 docs that isn't correct any more. It originally led to
http://lua.sqlite.org/index.cgi/doc/tip/doc/lsqlite3.wiki, it now should link to https://lua.sqlite.org/home/doc/tip/doc/lsqlite3.wiki. Hope this helps.
