[Feature request] Client stdio mode

Hi,
It would be useful to be able to run the client in 'stdio' mode - that way it can be used as a ProxyCommand for SSH, eg

ssh -o ProxyCommand='chisel client mychiselserver stdio:%h:%p' myuser@somehost

Can’t see any issue with this except for the complexity. 1. Must be restricted to a single remote in client mode only? 2. Logs need to go to stderr, or maybe be silenced completely?

1. We can still have multiple remote but only one stdio should be allowed. Also I am considering support things like 192.168.0.0/8:22 as remote in auth and support blocklist. These should also be useful (may be another FR).

2. Given how we handle logs currently, they will not be a problem. We just needs to change share/logger.go.
