Are you asking for help with how to use JS.org, or how to use GitHub Pages to host content?

For the former, you just need to edit the cnames_active.js file to add your entry and open a pull request. GitHub has great documentation on how to do this: https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/working-with-files/managing-files/editing-files#editing-files-in-another-users-repository

For the latter, again, GitHub has great documentation that you should refer to: https://docs.github.com/en/pages/quickstart

JS.org is a free service, we don't make bespoke videos to coach people on fundamentals of GitHub -- it is somewhat assumed that if you are capable of creating a website that is directly relevant to the JavaScript community/ecosystem, you're also capable of creating a pull request to edit a single file.
