We still have to define whether we allow stuff like "../" and "./" in relative IRIs and suffixes. Doing so would require IRI normalization and that goes beyond pure textual concatenation for IRI exapnsion.

(This was discussed before as part of issue #46)

RESOLVED: Conform to the requirements of RFC3986, Section 5 (Reference Resolution), when processing IRIs.
