1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

I have many workflows published as tools, and I am using proxies to call my tools. However, I found that when the intelligent agent model I selected does not have visual functionality, it cannot upload images. I have a tool that uses another model with visualization capabilities to identify images and output information, which I think may be a bit problematic. In an ideal state, the agent should be able to pass the image I want to upload to the tool call

2. Additional context or comments

When I use a model without vision, I am unable to upload images to access the tool

I think enable this feature will make existing users confuse about the whether should turn on the vision ability.
Also I think use a Chatflow with a agent node should be able to do the same thing. Thoughts?
