#400 added the core libp2p modules locally. I attempted to keep the package.json files to make it easier to reference each module, however, this fails during an npm install because it looks for the packages json file locally before actually downloading libp2p.
This removes the package.json files as they aren't useful anymore, and fixes all references to the modules.
