Group transform ignored in foreignObject

If the output is contained in a foreignObject inside a transformed SVG group, then the transform is ignored. Here is an example: http://bit.ly/1dLtxAK

I suspect this is the WebKit bug that underlies #279. If you switch renderers to the SVG renderer, you might get better results. At least your example works for me in Safari when I change to SVG. The original works in Firefox with all three renderers.
