When clicking a preset, what that does should be configurable by a mode dropdown in the preset settings - Stack, Apply, or maybe also Default+Apply?

Stack being the normal current behavior (name could be better)
Apply being the 'Apply Presets' button
'Default+Apply' being 'reset params to default and then apply this preset', essentially allowing full UI presetting
Maybe also a 'Choose' option, which opens a modal to let you pick what to do.
