Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version: 1.86.1
OS Version: Win10 22H2

Steps to Reproduce:

When project contains .ts video files, built-in TypeScript crashes

vscodenpa assigned mjbvz

mjbvz transferred this issue from microsoft/vscode

mjbvz removed their assignment
