VScode is not obeying Python Interpreter selection

I use virtualenvwrapper to create python venvs.

I don't know why but no matter what I try I set a repo face-ai to use face-ai venv but it always load with another venv!

@alanwilter Try clearing the cache by running Python: Clear cache and reload window command. If that does not help, then please share the logs from output > python.
