python version wrongly detected in conda envs #23723

Behaviour
When choosing a python environment, all conda environments show as 3.1.x even if the python version is higher. In fact, even in the logs below it shows
Python version (& distribution if applicable, e.g. Anaconda): 3.1
, but it's false.As you can see, the base version is correctly detected, but it's not the case for the other envs.
