could not find editor

Sorry if this is dumb, but i could not figure out how to activate the advertised vi-style editor, or any editor at all. I.e. i can prompt ai, but no way to edit files myself

readme is a little out of date, there's ctrl+e to open your EDITOR for editing the prompt, but not a mechanism for editing your code
