Vike Lite

I created the package vike-lite, a lite/light alternative of Vike.

It has main features:

• Use vike/vike-* only during build and not in the bundle #3070 → achieved with ssr.noExternal=[/^vike-lite(?:$|-)/] (now vike* dependencies can be dev dependencies without standaloner)
• https://github.com/orgs/vikejs/discussions/3334 → achieved with the serverEntry option in vike-lite plugin and the injection of the virtual global store
• vike-lite-svelte adapter

They can also be implemented in Vike.

I think that vike-lite could be used to improve Vike over time and vice versa.
