Expandable Section

Describe the feature
Followwup to work that will be done in patternfly/patternfly#7515, detached expandable sections will need:

• a new prop to apply a modifier class (possibly pf-m-detached from core) to the outermost expandable section wrapper when animations are enabled - in a breaking change we'd remove this opt in so that the modifier is always applied when isDetached is true
• a new prop to ExpandableSection for direction (to match the ExpandableSectionToggle), which must be passed in to get animations working correctly for detached sections.
