We hit #928 on production because when we implemented series import (29f6dc9, #660) we didn't add support for the new config properties to Ansible roles. I manually added these properties to the config on production. Yesterday, I re-deployed the site via Ansible and all site parsers properties got lost.

We should implement a missing functionality.

In #975 site parsers configuration will be moved to database and we won't need such change.
