Add the textposition option for histogram to display the labels on top of each bar for histogram.

There is no way in plotly express to show the frequency count on each bar in plotly express whereas same exists in bar graphs. Please add it in histograms.

This is an open issue in the underlying Javascript library, which we hope to get to soon: plotly/plotly.js#4645

I'll close this issue and encourage folks to track the underlying one :)
