Weak matchers and .nuclei-ignore problems

We need an option to completely disable .nuclei-ignore and/or the weak matchers.

I'm using nuclei on docker and even when I explicitly pass a templates that matches weak matcher it is ignored. Even when providing the appropiate flags:

Not only that, right now the problem on why the template is not being executed is hard to track. Even when enabling the verbose output with -vv it is not indicated which "weak matcher" flagged the template.
