Templates are not available when using Nuclei.WithCatalog

Why when I specify a directory with non-default templates they are not loaded into the engine?

And then nuclei gives these errors, doesn't the method change the default directory used?

[ERR] Could not read nuclei-ignore file: open /root/.config/nuclei/.nuclei-ignore: no such file or directory
[ERR] Could not find template '/root/nuclei-templates': could not find file: open /root/nuclei-templates: no such file or directory
